Seahawks placed DE Greg Scruggs on the reserve/PUP list. Scruggs tore his right ACL before April's draft and is unlikely to play this season, although the Seahawks apparently believe he could help very late in the year. Scruggs played well as a rookie in 2012, recording a pair of sacks.
