Scott Chandler will have his ACL surgery Thursday. Chandler waited nearly three weeks after his injury to go under the knife, but doesn't sound too concerned. "It's a pretty straightforward ACL from what I understand," he said. Chandler will be in a race to get ready for camp so he can make an impression on Doug Marrone's new regime -- assuming the Bills don't release him as a cap casualty.
