Saints promoted WR Saalim Hakim from their practice squad. The younger brother of Az Hakim from the Greatest Show on Turf Rams, Saalim is relatively new to football after concentrating on soccer until late in his high school career. He's been clocked as fast as 4.31 in the forty, which is why 18 NFL teams tried to sign him once he became eligible this year after playing for the UFL's Las Vegas Locamotives in 2011. Hakim is an intriguing developmental project.
