Rogers (knee) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against Seattle, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. The Raiders listed Rogers as doubtful for the contest following Friday's practice, so the downgrade doesn't come as much of a surprise. The typically durable Rogers is set to miss his first regular season contest since the 2010 season.
