Ripkowski set season highs with seven touches and 33 total yards in Week 8, but he played just a bit role against the Colts, which should not come as a big surprise considering his Week 8 showing was the only time he has topped both four touches and 17 total yards in a game this season. Ripkowski has been asked to handle the ball a few times per week with fellow running backs Eddie Lacy (ankle) and James Starks (knee) sidelined, but his touches could dry up when Starks gets back on the field at some point over the next couple weeks.
