Meadors was restored to the Browns' practice squad from the practice squad/COVID-19 list Monday.

Meadors' return will strengthen up the practice squad and ultimately the Browns' overall secondary depth. He's yet to play in a game this season, but now that he's healthy he may earn a shot on the active roster before the 2021 season comes to an end.
