Seattle activated Collins (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collins should be available for Sunday's game against the Bears, though likely just as the backup to Rashaad Penny, who has taken double-digit carries in three straight games. Assuming Seattle is comfortable with Penny as its lead option on the ground, Collins likely won't have much of a role in the game plan, as head coach Pete Carroll seemingly prefers DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer (reserve/COVID-19 list) for passing-down work.
