Brown was released by the Broncos on Tuesday after being reverted to the practice squad, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

The wide receiver was active the last two games for the Broncos, failing to reel in a catch with one target over those contests. Brown reverted to the practice following Week 7, and with Jerry Jeudy (ankle) expected to return Week 8, the team decided to cut him loose. The 31-year-old will now search for a new squad going into middle of the regular season.
