Rowland was released from the Titans' practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Rowland was let go after spending almost two weeks on the practice squad, failing to crack the active roster after being signed Nov. 10. The wide receiver was replaced by Austin Mack, who was signed Tuesday. He will likely end up on another practice squad at some point.
