Redskins signed TE Mike Caussin. Caussin, 27, was cut by the Bills five days ago. He tore his ACL in Week 16 of the 2011 season and missed all of 2012 before spending the entire 2013 season on I.R. with a hip injury. Caussin has five catches in six career games.
