Redskins CB Richard Crawford (knee) is questionable for OTAs. Crawford missed the entire 2013 season to ACL surgery and has yet to be medically cleared. When healthy, he'll compete with Chase Minnifield and E.J. Biggers for Washington's No. 4 cornerback spot.
