Ravens re-signed exclusive rights free agent ILB Josh Bynes. Bynes made six starts for the Ravens last season, finishing with 45 tackles and three pass defenses. He's now signed for $480,000 this season. 24-year-old Bynes will return as a situational run stopper opposite Daryl Smith.
