Rams informed K Josh Brown of his release.
They're moving forward with rookie Greg Zuerlein. Brown was due $2.7 million in base salary, and the new Rams regime deemed him unworthy of that price after he missed 7-of-28 field goal tries last season. Brown will resurface, but probably for something closer to the veteran's minimum.
lol. I usually drafted Brown. As bad as my team was, he was the most consistent week in and week out with a great leg. Accuracy and distance. I think maybe the lousy team finally got to him and had an adverse effect. But, this works out for me. He's not a keeper and I have a rookie slot left for my last pick and I need a kicker, so can you say Greg Zuerlein? I knew you could.

P.S.- What's wrong with Neil Rackers?

rackers is good but on the down slide and a weak leg. gano has a very strong leg but terrible aim. i want the best of both worlds.
