Rams DE Eugene Sims has been diagnosed with a concussion. Sims' concussion is "mild," but he doesn't have enough time to get cleared for Thursday's game. Sims has come off the bench in St. Louis' first four games, and tallied his first career sack in Sunday's win. With two weeks to heal, he'll likely be back for Week 6.
