Rams agreed to terms with SS Quintin Mikell on a four-year contract. A natural fit for coach Steve Spagnuolo's defense, Mikell played for Spags in Philly and will be able to pick up the system quickly. Mikell is going on age 31, but he's topped Pro Football Focus' coverage safety ratings several seasons running. Safety was previously a major sore spot in St. Louis. Mikell will be counted on to start on the strong side right out of the gate.
