Raiders CB Ronald Bartell (shoulder) is expected to return this week against the Ravens. Bartell was placed on injured reserve designated for return after Week 1 and has been practicing for the past week or so. Week 10 is the first game that he's eligible to return. Oakland currently ranks No. 21 against the pass and has some serious depth issues, so Bartell's return is definitely welcome. Bartell opened the season as the starting left corner. Pat Lee has been thrust into that spot over the past two months.
