Quinn was waived by the Dolphins on Tuesday, Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post reports. Quinn was brought of a brief retirement to battle with Matt Moore for the top backup job behind Ryan Tannehill, but his struggles in training camp practices ultimately sealed his fate. The former first-round draft choice may elect to call it a career for good this time.
