Quinn signed with the Dolphins on Monday, Jeff Darlington of NFL Network reports. The Dolphins already have a veteran presence in Matt Moore in the QB ranks behind starter Ryan Tannehill, but Quinn will undoubtedly push Pat Devlin and Brock Jensen for the third-string gig. However, Quinn hasn't thrown a pass as a professional since 2012 with the Chiefs.
