Willis picked up a high-ankle injury during the 49ers' wild-card win over the Cowboys, opening the week as a non-participant at Tuesday's practice. The defensive lineman was able to log limited efforts at practice Wednesday and Thursday, opening the door to be available for Saturday's divisional-round matchup with the Packers. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Thursday that Willis has a chance to play this weekend because the injury is more of an aggravation of an old one rather than a new high ankle sprain, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
