Purcell has inked a reserve/future contract with the Chiefs, Terez A. Paylor of the Kansas City Star reports.

Purcell signed with the Chiefs' practice squad in late November and received a reserve/future contract along with all of the other players on the practice squad. He will attempt to latch on to the 53-man roster as a reserve defensive lineman in 2018.
