Orr (groin) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Mike Organ of the Nashville Tennessean reports.

The Titans now have 21 days to evaluate Orr's health and activate him from IR. The team's secondary is fairly healthy heading into Week 14, as Kristian Fulton (knee) is also preparing to return from IR. In turn, Orr likely will remain in a depth role once he's available.
