Humphries opened Week 12 as a full practice participant, only to see his activity level downgraded the next two days before he was ruled out ahead of Sunday's win over the Colts. The fact that he's back to full participation to begin Week 13 is a welcome sign, but the Titans still have yet to reveal whether he's cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. The slot man -- who has caught 22 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns in six games this season -- last played Week 8.
