Hooker was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Clarence Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Hooker was one of three Dallas players added to the league's COVID-19 protocols, along with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and fellow safety Israel Mukuamu. The Cowboys are hoping to get all three back prior to the Sept. 9 season opener in Tampa Bay.
