Pettigrew left Sunday's game against the Dolphins in the first quarter with an apparent foot injury, the Detroit Free Press' Dave Birkett reports. Pettigrew walked off the field with a limp, looking down at the bum foot that had him listed as questionable coming into this game. With both Joseph Fauria and Eric Ebron inactive, Kellen Davis is left as Detroit's only healthy tight end.
