Patriots waived WR Jeremy Ebert. The 2012 seventh-rounder gets the boot after the Patriots drafted two receivers. Ebert was waived at final cuts last summer before being re-signed in January. Waiving Ebert at this stage of the offseason suggests the Patriots are moving on for good.
