Packers waived RB Johnny White from injured reserve. White was sent to I.R. with a concussion earlier this month. He should clear waivers and become a free agent. A fifth-round pick of the Bills in 2011, White has been limited to 20 carries in 19 career games while also dealing with a number of head injuries.
