Nugent has reached agreement on a two-year, $4 million contract with the Bengals, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports. Nugent is a reasonably accurate kicker, but he's never had one of the league's bigger legs. He thus won't hold a ton of fantasy appeal, unless the Cincinnati offense finally takes the next step.
