Higgins (shoulder) isn't expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Higgins officially is listed as doubtful after a limited practice Friday represented his only participation of the week. Coach Zac Taylor did suggest the Bengals would re-evaluate Higgins over the weekend, but there's no real expectation that he'll have improved enough to play. Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will lead the Cincinnati receiving corps this week, backed by Auden Tate and/or Mike Thomas filling in for the injured Higgins.
