Gray (shoulder) was activated from injured reserve Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Gray was designated to return from IR on Oct. 7, opening his 21-day practice window. With that window set to close, Tennesse moved the North Carolina product to the 53-man roster and he is seemingly ready to make his NFL debut Sunday against the Patriots.
