Gray (shoulder) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Gray now has his 21-day window opened and will be able to practice with the team. He's now eligible to return as soon as Sunday against the Colts, but he'll have to prove he's healthy enough to play and be moved to the 53-man roster beforehand.
