Howard was waived with an injury designation Tuesday and went unclaimed. The Alcorn State product signed with Green Bay in May after going undrafted and any chance he had of making the 53-man roster is over for now. He'll be forced to miss the entirety of the 2024 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.
