Mitchell is making strides as training camp progresses.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie wideout has looked solid at practice of late, with injuries to Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola currently affording Mitchell and the team's other depth wideouts added practice reps. The heady fourth-rounder doesn't have a clear path to an abundance of targets early on in his NFL career, but given the quality of the Patriots' passing offense, particularly when helmed by QB Tom Brady, the Georgia product has some fantasy upside down the road if/when an expanded role is on hand.
