Mincey (concussion) is active for Sunday's game in New Orleans, David Helman of the Cowboys' official website reports.

Mincey's return from a one-week absence should help a Dallas defense that struggled badly against the Falcons last week, but a Sunday night game at the Superdome may still prove rather difficult. With just 40 tackles and six sacks in 18 games since the beginning of last season, Mincey does not warrant IDP consideration.
