The Oakland Raiders placed kicker Mike Nugent (hip) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday. He'll be out for at least the next eight weeks of the season. In his place, Oakland signed undrafted free-agent kicker Matt McCrane to handle the kicking duties moving forward. Oakland's kicking situation needs to be avoided by fantasy owners.
