Mike Mitchell has gotten the majority of first-team strong safety reps at Panthers camp. Mitchell is running ahead of Haruki Nakamura and D.J. Campbell, as expected. The battle at corner back is taking shape as well, with Drayton Florence and Captain Munnerlyn settling in with the 1s. These competitions are far from over, but the Panthers are trying to plug gaping holes with small fingers. Their secondary will be one to attack from a fantasy perspective.
