Michael Crabtree (PUP, Achilles') returned to 49ers practice on Wednesday, but didn't run routes at full speed and "was noticeably cautious" about leaping and landing for difficult catches. "It's a roller coaster being away from the game for so long. I'm just happy to be out there," Crabtree said afterwards. Crabtree still isn't technically on the 49ers' 53-man roster because he hasn't been activated. The 49ers are expected to activate him later this month. An exact return date won't be known until Crabtree is able to ramp up what he can do on the practice field.

Stashed him all year and im starting to wonder what for. Crappervick is an awful passing qb.

He should be good to go by the time FF playoffs get here. I hope so anyway. I picked him up off waivers a few weeks ago. I'm good at WR, but having him might be a good thing.

He isn't a awful throwing qb lol...he has one guy who catches the ball really. Kinda hard to judge on that basis alone. Last year he had monster games throwing to a full complement wide outs

Awful QB throwing the ball??? You don't know what your talking about

He's right, Kapernick sucks at passing.

Crabtree was a top 5 WR since Kap started the Bears game. One of the most targeted as well. He should not have been on any dynasty waiver wire.

sucks at passing.

Sucks that his passing stats don't corroborate with your comment.
