Lions head coach Dan Campbell wouldn't commit to Boyle being the team's starting quarterback if Jared Goff (reserve/COVID-19 list) isn't available this Sunday in Atlanta, perhaps suggesting David Blough could be an option as well, Chris Burke of The Athletic reports.
