Atlanta Falcons kicker Matt Bryant (hamstring) was officially ruled out for Week 7 against the Giants on Monday night on Thursday by head coach Dan Quinn. Giorgio Tavecchio was signed earlier this week to handle the kicking duties against the Giants. It's unclear if the veteran Bryant will be able to return in Week 8, but his owners will have to go in another direction this week. Tavecchio isn't a great fantasy streamer.
