Malcom Floyd (groin) was held out of Chargers practice Wednesday. In Norv Turner's tenure, Floyd became the first Chargers starter ever to appear in a game after being listed as doubtful last week. The Chargers held a ton of skill players out of Wednesday's practice, probably in an effort to manage dings and nicks. Look for Floyd to play against the Dolphins Sunday.
