Maclin (groin) returned to practice Thursday, BJ Kissel of Chiefs.com reports.

Maclin was held out of action Wednesday, but was back with his teammates on the practice field the following day, suggesting any ailment wasn't overly serious. That being said, it wouldn't be surprising to see the Chiefs hold him out of Saturday's preseason matchup in Los Angeles as a precaution.
