James (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Titans.

James has yet to practice since injuring his quad during a Week 13 loss to the Raiders and now is missing his second consecutive contest as a result. Expect Alohi Gilman to continue filling in for James at strong safety alongside Nasir Adderley. James' next chance to play will come Monday, Dec. 26 at Indianapolis.
