Locker (right thumb) was limited at Friday's practice and will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Washington, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports. Coach Ken Whisenhunt indicated after practice Friday that Locker is making progress, but Wyatt relays that Charlie Whitehurst saw the bulk of the work during the open portion of Friday's session, which suggests that there's a solid shot that he'll draw another start at QB in Locker's place for the Titans this weekend.
