Locker (right thumb) missed practice again Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports. What Locker is able to do at practice Friday will be telling with regard to his Week 6 availability, though at this stage his status for Sunday's game against the Jaguars is cloudy. If Locker is unable to suit up this weekend, Charlie Whitehurst would presumably draw the start at QB for the Titans on Sunday.
