Lions agreed to terms with K Dave Rayner on a one-year contract. After drilling 13-of-16 field goals in eight games last year, Rayner was told he would compete against Jason Hanson for the kicking job. It's the first time in nearly 20 years that the Lions will stage a kicking battle.
