Johnson whiffed on a pass-blocking assignment early and also caused a delay of game penalty by taking the field late with the punt team, which is unlikely to earn him any favors in the three-man rotation with Tevin Coleman and Michael Carter. On the other hand, Johnson was also the primary running back when the Jets' offense finally started to find success in the second half, even though Johnson himself didn't play a major role in that success.
