Baltimore signed Ryan as an undrafted free agent in May after he tallied 26 receptions for 440 yards and three touchdowns with Rutgers last year. The wideout caught five of nine targets for 46 yards in preseason play before being waived Tuesday. Ryan is a candidate to join the Ravens' practice squad, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic.
