Huggins was waived by the Saints on Monday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

Huggins signed with New Orleans in May and had maintained a part-time role with the team appearing in four games this season. After going undrafted out of Clemson, Huggins has spent time with the Eagles and Lions too, but will now search for a new home. Huggins has seven tackles (two solo) on the season.
