Hall spent some time with Washington's practice team in 2019 before signing a futures deal with the team. Hall was unable to make his NFL debut after tearing his Achilles in June of 2020, and while the extent of the injury is still unclear, the 23-year-old will aim to land a position elsewhere for the 2021 season.
