Fulgham was released from the Eagles' practice squad on Monday, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports.

Fulgham caught 38 passes for 539 yards and four touchdowns for the Eagles last season, but he struggled during the second half of the year and has been unable to get back on track in 2021.
