Fulgham signed a futures deal with Denver in January after splitting time between three different teams' practice squads last year. The 2019 sixth-round pick appeared in 13 games for the Eagles in 2020, totaling 38 receptions for 539 yards and four touchdowns, but he's yet to find NFL success outside of lone campaign in Philadelphia.
